(ST) Structural Therapy
When we suffer from fatigue, discouragement or physical pain such as sciatica, lumbago, back pain, headache, migraine, vertigo or fibromyalgia, we usually find imbalances in the spine. Deviations in the vertebrae generate a malfunction of the nerves that can cause pain, discomfort or the malfunction of any limb, organ or gland. Structural therapy helps restore the body's physical balance and the proper functioning of the nervous system.
On the other hand, we consider that the origin of physical ailments is an emotional conflict in which the conscious, the non-conscious and the environment can intervene. Emotional blockages such as inherited ones, family patterns, phobias, philias, unfinished duels, and traumas…, whether we are conscious or not, over the years, become a burden that harms
us physically and emotionally.
Structural Therapy helps identify and release emotional burdens in the most appropriate order. This non-invasive method is compatible with any psychological, medical or pharmacological treatment.
The appointment can be done in person or remotely. In the case of a distance
appointment, we will need your full name and the reason why you are coming to us. We will send you a message by WhatsApp or email with the result of the session.
Therapy usually consists of an average of 4 sessions, but sometimes it can be more or even less; it depends on many factors.
